This was my first time using B&B and it will most certainly be the last.I ordered a lovely rugby shirt for my partner and their size guide said to order your usual size. So I ordered him a medium as he's always a medium, whatever the shop. The rugby shirt arrived and although it was good quality it was far too large. Definitely not a medium. The arms were too long and the shoulders stuck out and stood off his body. I couldn't exchange it for a small as those were all sold out. That's very telling in itself.Delivery was £5.50, which is on the high side but I printed a free returns label and knew I'd lose that charge. However, I was really annoyed when I got my return email, to be told an additional £1.98 returns charge had been taken off my refund. That's £7.48 I've lost because their item was incorrectly sized. I also note that I'm not the first review to comment on this sizing issue.It's too much of a risk ordering from this company and I won't be doing so again.
