I would advise against buying from this company. They have a non existent customer service department. There is no phone to contact them and the only means of contact is by email which they seemingly do not bother to read. I have contacted them regarding a return on the email provided every day for seven days straight. Absolute radio silence. I don't think I have ever experienced such appalling customer service. It is almost like they really don't care.
I would also mention that despite their claim to be Distinctly British this is more of the style they are offering not as I thought where the clothes are made. I purchased a not inexpensive item to see a very large Made in China label. Not what I was expecting for the money.
Sorry but just wouldn't recommend. There are lots of companies out there that sell similar styles at the same price point who actually respond to customers.

They only notify you off the cut off…

They only notify you off the cut off point for next day delivery when you're within it, using it as a pressure countdown to order. Once it's too late in the day, they just dont tell you. I complained to customer services about this, and she told me I should have actually come and read their t&C's before ordering. I requested to cancel the order, and she said it was too late to do so, even though I didn't receive a dispatch email until long after speaking to her.

Absolutely deceiving!

Or even less if I could. A money making machine! They con you by the name which is NOT British at all and then by their items which are absolutely rubbish! After reading too late the reviews they did not accept my cancellation of the order. Took a very long time to be delivered and made it Very hard to return and offer 10%back. My item was £59.90 and they refunded £6 insult. Pls be very careful with this. It was too late for me unfortunately. An absolute scam! How convenient….they’re saying they can’t find my order! You refunded me £6early this morning 01.34 this morning. Look under my surname!

I wasn't sure which size I need with…

I wasn't sure which size I need with B&B so bought a medium and a large. I decided to keep the large, not only did I have to pay for delivery to me, there is a charge to return and on top of that, a postal charge.Will think again before ordering from this company especially as their store is not far from my home.Disappointed.

Expensive postage AND returns

I am shocked that they charge a delivery fee of £5 and then another fee to send back. I bought a shirt which did not show the button down collar so going back. Expensive mistake

Not a great experience unfortunately

Not a great experience unfortunately- A couple of the shirts looked nothing like the photos, totally different colours- Return fee - One shrank in the wash despite following the instructions- No response to email to customer service complaining about this

Great customer service

I brought a couple of jumpers from this company which are a really nice quality. They were slightly large for me so I exchanged them. A quick and easy process and was kept informed of the progress of the return. I needed to contact the company on another occasion and their customer service was excellent and very quick to respond. One very happy customer.
