Although the blouse I received was nice, it came up way too large so it had to be returned. I do not have a smart phone therefore I had to fund the return fee of £6.50 having already paid £5.50 to have it delivered. I then found they had charged me a further £1.98 to return the good. Therefore, postage cost me £14. I am yet to receive the refund in my bank account. Disgraceful really. The only reason for the 3 stars is the quality of the oversized garment was good.Mary
