I usually don’t write negative reviews, but my experience with this company has been awful. I ordered three items:One item I wanted to return. On the product page, it clearly stated returns are possible within 14 days, so I assumed I could return it. Only later did they hide in the T&Cs that it was a “final sale” item—very sneaky and misleading.Two bags: one was later cancelled due to being out of stock, and the other is still missing.I have lost money and the way they handle customers is unacceptable. Completely unprofessional and disappointing.
