I purchased the LED glasses a few months back. Over time, the right side started to lose effectiveness, which I initially attributed to possibly not using enough serum. Eventually, when I turned them on, they completely failed. The red light was on, but there was no tingling sensation at all. I reached out to the support team to inform them, but after two days without a response, I followed up. Given the high cost of this product, it was frustrating to have it sitting unused. Their reply to my follow-up suggested that I was 'clogging' their system by emailing again, and they advised me to either call support or wait. It's puzzling that they would send an email asking me not to email when they could have addressed my issue directly. I'm still waiting patiently for a resolution. If it were a purchase issue, I feel they would have been more responsive.
I received my order on time, but two items were missing. I reached out to customer service, who quickly responded and asked for details about the postage weight and packaging. They promptly confirmed that the two items were mistakenly not included and would arrive within 24 hours. Excellent and fast customer service. The lightweight hairdryer I purchased is of high quality and offers great value.
