Después de dos años con ellos y pagando 45€ mansuales por la suscripción de 3 muestras mensuales ( a veces incluso pagando extras ) y comprando tallas originales, me he dado de baja por su mala gestión.
El mes pasado no recibí mi pedido de muestras mensual ( tuve que reclamarlo ) y este mes de febrero màs de lo mismo. Me cobran de la tarjeta cada día 6 ( día en el que supuestamente mandan el pedido ) y a día 27 de febrero sigo sin recibirlo.
Mandé un mail hace una semana y no he recibido respuesta.
Además los pedidos tardan una barbaridad en llegar.
Tengo la sensación que quieren abarcar más de lo que pueden y denotan un descontrol absoluto.
Obviamente, me he dado de baja.
No recomiendo suscribirse actualmente. Ya no son lo que eran.

I don't recommend subscribing now. They're not what they used to be. That's it!

Having ordered a couple of advent calendars and now started a subscription I’m pretty pleased so far - they can be a bit slow to reply during busy periods but always have replied and shipping to the UK never takes more than a few days. Breaks EU consumer laws. Deceptive cancelation rules and no refunds for orders that haven't been shipped even though got charged after cancelling. Support takes almost 2 weeks to reply and try to shake you off by not addressing any concerns just repeating their own terms.
