I contacted Beautiful Betsy to get advise before deciding to purchase.I sent them pics of my hair now and what colour I would like to be. I went with their advise and I am so happy with her. I went for Olive in Cappuccino and rooted. She came in a lovely box wrapped in pretty paper so I was excited to see what she was like. I love her and will be getting another one as a spare very soon.
