Lovely website with so much information for each piece to help make the right choice. I chose a high quality piece, Mable, as I need it to last as long as possible, as I wear it every day. The quality is really good and the colour, mink, is lovely. I have been wearing toppers for many years and this is by far the best website I have used and will definitely be sticking with Beautiful Betsy now for all my future purchases.
I contacted Beautiful Betsy to get advise before deciding to purchase.I sent them pics of my hair now and what colour I would like to be. I went with their advise and I am so happy with her. I went for Olive in Cappuccino and rooted. She came in a lovely box wrapped in pretty paper so I was excited to see what she was like. I love her and will be getting another one as a spare very soon. I have just received my second Betsy and I knew on opening that she was perfect. I bought Clara and I already have purchased Ruby.Both were beautiful wrapped and have enhanced my own sparce hair. I can now wear my hair in different styles and shades. And they both look so natural. People cannot tell I'm wearing them.
I have been a customer of Beautiful Betsy for about 6 years, I have purchased other toppers in the past but personally find the Betsy’s to be the best, I always go for the Daphne.I recently purchased a new Daphne ( Beautiful Betsy have to order this piece in) and unfortunately it never arrived to Beautiful Betsy head quarters, they contacted me straight away explaining the problem and offered me to try their new piece called Bea. Bea is as beautiful and excellent quality just like Daphne.My experience with Beautiful Betsy has always been 100% amazing if I have any query’s or simply not sure on something I just reach out! Beautiful Betsy is a perfect combination of top quality products and exceptional service. Truly a five star experience.
First time of ordering from Beautiful Betsy and I've been so impressed. From the online consultation which provided a perfect colour match, to the quick & friendly responses via the Chat option to the arrival of 'Agnes' (who's is fabulous) everything has been pretty much faultless.
I have adored beautiful betsy for 5 years now. The difference the hair pieces have made to my life is more than you could ever imagine. I have four pieces almost. I say almost as Ive just ordered a Mabel. Silk and lace topped base with hand tied human hair. The mono tops are just as good, but I love the closeness of the silk, making it feel like my own head. I still wear the first one I bought nearly 5 yrs ago. My Grace Crumpet, and she still looks great! what more can I say. Worth every penny to make me feel fabulous at 60! who says I can't wear blonde straight past shoulder length hair at my age. Add in the fact it's silky soft and sexy, and with a parting so realistic, I often get a second glance, not because it doesn't look real, because it makes me look wow, for my age, even though I say so myself. What are you waiting for. Have a look at Paula, The founder of BB, she's a stunner! I would find it hard to live without BB, and that is no word of a lie! 💋❤️💋❤️ Hair has always been fine, but menopause, stress and a bad diet led to my hair falling out, without me noticing. I was so fixated on losing weight that I really didn't realise I'd lost 50% of my hair ( please let that be a warning).I was extreme, and at 54, at the time was a stupid thing to do! we need a certain amount of fat for our bones and general health post menopause. Luckily it's grown thicker again, and I've grown it all one length, something I couldn't have done without BB and their gorgeous toppers, but even though my hairdresser says she could cut and style my bio hair to look great, I want to keep wearing my pieces, as I can wear my hair one length, longer than I ever could, and can choose from some beautiful shades. Plus I get my hubby to do my roots every few months, as they're rarely on show ❤️🙏🤍 Just to.let you know I received mabel silk top in buttered toast. I can't tell you how being the colour is. I have a mabel in mink which I love, but is ashier than my bio hair but still looks good as it is multitonal. The. buttered toast is slightly warmer, less ashy, but again it has lighter streaks running through the buttery blonde, particularly around your face, which just adds to beautiful effect. I just need to get her to the hairdresser next week, to have her trimmed to the same length as my bio hair, which is now at least 14inches. zi never thought I'd be able to grow my hair all one length to this length. I always had to have it much shorter with layers. It really aged me, I think. I feel much younger with my pieces, the only problem to my hubby's irritation, is Ive now had some lip filler, and im having the thread veins removed from my legs. Once you start looking better, you sort of can't stop!! I wouldn't do anything else, like have a face lift etc, but having my lips slightly fuller really looks well, with my straight silky Betty's. I never thought I'd be looking younger in my 60's than i did a decade ago. You have maid a post menopausal woman very happy 😘
I've tried hair toppers from other companies, high priced ones and lower priced ones and made many foolish mistakes in buying them. Absolutely none of them come anywhere near the quality and believability of BB's toppers. Don't bother looking anywhere else ladies - BB is the one (and only in my view|). I believe they may even be looking at providing a styling service too - that would be the icing on the cake.
Beautiful Betsy’s Grace has made me look like a woman again! I have chronic telogen effluvium from trauma, medication and, lumped in with a casual bit of paralysis, I got stress stress and more stress…I can handle the not walking but my hair – please no, that’s just cruel. My forehead is 6 fingers and counting.I’ve bought a couple of toppers over the years and got burned with poor fitting low quality items that left me out of pocket and feeling distrustful of wearing hair and the companies that sell such items, so I was apprehensive and it honestly took me years to take the plunge again. These items are expensive so I wanted to get it right. Sadly I can’t access Betsy HQ so opted for an online consultation with Sam. It still took me a further month to have done with it and commit my money and order Grace in Cocoa Sunlight. I was worried she’d be too warm but she’s really not (super happy at this), she’s the perfect length and I look like the old me again (except 15 years older than the pre hair loss broken back chick now in a wheelchair). I was convinced that I had a funny shaped head, I just sucked at putting toppers on and was really quite stressed.FFWD a few weeks, and I received my Grace. Sam coloured my piece which meant it wasn’t posted out straight away but I’d rather wait and be happy than get something quickly and be disappointed. I so love her, I’m thinking which Betsy to get next! It can’t really be put into words that would adequately convey what it’s like to go through such a sudden and, frankly, unwelcome change in one’s life as a young woman (though no age is a good age for any of that), but there are a few things I learned and stick by: turn your frown upside down; eat well, hydrate, exercise and sunlight should be the 4 things we do every day; and, last but not least, if you need to fake it A: that’s cool, B: you WILL make it. Sincere thanks to Sam who coloured my Grace who then made me feel like me again.
I bought my first BB yesterday, I had a lovely relaxed consult in Bath, I bought two pieces in the end Agnes and I think Grace, one for hols and one for every day wear, the hair is amazing an it didn’t take long to find a match to my bio hair I’ve only ever worn synthetic toppers so it is taking a bit of time to get use to soft silky hair and how to style it but I’m very happy and look forward to wearing my new hair Thank you ladies for all your help and guidance! I will definitely be back xx
Good quality product fairly priced. I’ve waited a while to do the review so can comment on longevity. Lois is showing her age a wee bit after nearly 8 months of daily wear but still absolutely wearable especially with a bit more effort on styling (she is so easy in the early months). Previous artificial toppers from another company were completely frizzed up after 6 months max and only fit for the bin. Would like a greater range of darker colours but have found it easy to dye Lois at home. Am about to reorder which speaks for itself.
