I bought a 'supposed' bespoke hair topper from Beautiful Betsy in 2019. When it finally arrived it was straggly and the wrong colour. Very poor quality. I contacted Betsy who suggested I return it but they would deduct £35 from any refund as this is apparently their policy in order to 'protect' vulnerable customers whose immune systems are compromised. I objected to this as the item had not been worn and the wrong order was received. They have ignored my emails after I expressed my view this was in breach of my consumer rights. The product was not what I had ordered and was not fit for purpose. As they did not reply to my email I tried to contact them via their Facebook page. They eventually replied but did not agree to give me a full refund. I replied and they have ignored me. I have just checked their Facebook page to see if a reply was waiting for me. It wasn't and they have now removed their 'feedback' option (as far as I can see). I have been contacted by another customer who has undergone the same experience as I have. In short - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their customer service is shocking and their products are very poor.
