I contacted customer service regarding a delivery issue and they were extremely responsive, going above and beyond to help me resolve it. Highly recommend. They offer a subscription service of full-size, curated, premium, clean-beauty products worth hundreds more than the monthly fee. A great way to test out innovative brands you've likely wanted to try but couldn't afford!
They are so wonderful. I have placed dozens of orders and every order received at time. Once the shipment was lost the usps details showed it delivered but it was never received till date and then i contacted the customer service. They assisted me and sent me new replacement. I am truely happy with their service.
I love Beauty Heroes and am really surprised to see any negative reviews about them. I have had a really positive experience with this company. I came here to write a good review because I love this company so much and feel like they really get it right - their customer service team is so fast and caring, and I've loved everything subscription box and each order from their store is well packed and timely. Just a joy of a company in my experience.
I don’t normally write reviews but I have never been so disappointed with an American company before, Beauty Heroes are truly the worse company I’ve ever used. I’ve ordered a box of products by recommendation of one well known person. The parcel never arrived so I contacted beauty heroes who advised to wait a bit longer. That was a month of wait and after I had to submit and signed forms to say that parcel never arrived. I’m now 3 months in to wait and they completely ignoring me and costumer service is absolutely pathetic and slow. I have no choice but to file a claim against this company and get my bank involved to reverse the charge. Never again!!!
I have never had problems with this company, but the last two months have not delivered two boxes that were long ago paid for by subscription and also paid for shipping which is important. the store stopped responding something understandable to my letters, I only see that the status of my parcels does not change, and the company asks to wait for each shipment 40 days so that it can contact the carrier. the first 40 days have already passed the problem is not solved, no one changes even the company of the carrier, all the statuses of parcels I have including track numbers, ready to provide. predstaviteli firms on my last letter did not answer, and the letters were to wait for that 40 days. service absolutely nepoyantno for what take 19 dollars for delivery of each box. I have an annual subscription and I want a normal solution to my issue.
