I bought a made in carbon steel pan for a present. No matter how many times we seasoned it everything stuck! I contacted their customer service and they were horrible. I would highly recommend nobody ever ever ever buy this product. They are a horrible company and do not stand behind their product.
I had to return two Ceramiclad frying pans as the coating on both chipped after just one use. Clearly not fit for purpose.
The company has acknowledged the items were faulty and accepted the return, yet I am still waiting for my refund and customer services have stopped responding.
The heavy use of endorsement videos (fake?) does not reflect the actual quality of the product. I regret buying from this company and would not recommend them.
The cookware is good. Two stars for them sending me text messages every day with no options to unsubscribe. That is very in-your-face contempt!
No more Made In products for us. Their competition will be our future providers of cookware.
We decided to treat ourselves to some cookware as a holiday gift. Although the delivery took a bit longer, we are thrilled to finally have it and start using stainless steel for cooking. The quality looks excellent, and we expect it to last a long time. Everything has been wonderful so far, and we would definitely recommend it.
I have been a loyal customer for years, but this company has really declined. I now consider it a scam. I placed my order on November 23rd and it never arrived. Their phone line is always busy, and they only respond to emails. I’ve sent six emails without a reply. My order has a tracking number but hasn’t been picked up for delivery. They took my money immediately, but I can’t reach anyone for help! I’ll have to contact my bank to dispute the charges. It’s such a hassle; I used to enjoy this company. They have lost a good customer!
These pans are exceptional. I bought two carbon steel frying pans, drawn in by the quality photos of chefs using them. I wanted durable, non-toxic cookware. After using the smaller one for a few weeks, I can confirm they are fantastic. My omelettes are now perfect, and the seasoned pans become genuinely non-stick once you learn to care for them. These carbon steel pans are truly beautiful. Goodbye to non-stick pans, and hello to high-quality carbon steel!
After regularly using the stainless-steel saucepan, I noticed it stains easily, even from boiling water. I compared it to another saucepan I own, and the difference was surprising. The ‘Made in Italy’ label led me to believe I was buying premium cookware, but it actually uses lower-grade stainless steel, which is less durable and resistant to corrosion. I expected better quality for the price. I also learned of a lawsuit regarding undisclosed chemicals in their nonstick pans. I won’t purchase from them again.

Like many companies, this one promotes its excellent customer service, but that couldn’t be further from reality. They seem to offer a two-tier service that favors sponsored individuals over regular customers. I learned this through my poor experience compared to that of a sponsor. I was convinced to try their products based on their responsive service to the sponsor, but my recent inquiry left me dissatisfied. I was willing to spend over £1000 based on this relationship, but after my experience, I won’t be returning.
I ordered two flatware sets totaling $458. The utensils were larger than expected, so I returned them unused in their original packaging. I only received a $300 refund. I’ve tried calling multiple times, but their lines are off. They direct you to email, and I’ve emailed four times without a response. I’m unsure what to do next, but I want my remaining money back. The customer service is awful.
