I've previously shopped with the company without any issues, but my latest order hasn't arrived. The tracking info indicates it never left their warehouse. I've emailed them numerous times and keep getting the same scripted response, with no offer for a refund or to send the product they mishandled. They just say they are investigating, but there's been no progress.
