Disappointing recent order experience

Terrible experience with skincare purchase

Avoid buying from this company. I've been very disappointed. My parcel was left outside in direct heat, and despite my concerns about heat-sensitive products, no meaningful action was taken. Communication was poor, and responses were slow and unhelpful. I had left clear delivery instructions, but the package was left in direct sunlight. When I opened it, the products were extremely hot and unusable. I've purchased skincare in Australia before without issues from other retailers. I recommend choosing a different option.

Goodbye to this company

They mislead customers. They don't have a local warehouse; everything ships from overseas, which explains the long delivery times. The tracking links are useless. They claim your package has shipped, but tracking shows only 'label created.' After five days, my parcel still hasn't shipped. Complaints lead to generic email responses. I strongly advise against using this company!

I wanted to share my positive experience after placing an order despite seeing the negative reviews. I ordered on a Friday and received my package the following Monday. I paid for insured express shipping and found a discount code online. Overall, it was a great experience with fast shipping to NSW, and I would definitely order again.

This is likely because they have a warehouse in Australia, not just shipping from overseas. I order face masks regularly and always receive them within a week.
