Brought multiple products from them first time the parcel was just thrown over the fence, not put in a safe place, didn’t bother to ring the door bell. Was a-bit annoyed given the hot weather and didn’t know how long the parcel was sitting in the hot sun. Thought I would give them another go. Same thing happened, this time my dog got into the parcel and literally chewed up everything !!! Even though there is a sign saying we have a dog. Third time I thought last time and see, this time I literally saw the whole thing… delivery driver stop the car took the parcel out and throw it over the fence and walked off!!! Didn’t even try to be gentle with the package or ring the door bell. Made a complaint to through their website been waiting three month and still nothing!! I won’t be buying off them again, rather buy from somewhere else even if it’s more expensive.
