Unprofessional to say the least.. I asked janna very kindly for my money back as the full £31 was taken out of my bank account for a hybrid lash infill 4 days before my before my appointment. I’ve been to janna for 2 years and always booked though her online booking system and paid through online banking on the day of my appointment and never once let her down with payment and always showed up for my appointments. I was also told by janna when using her new booking link the money will NOT be taken out of my bank account putting my bank details in was just to secure my slot of my money would be safe.. so I was very confused to why the full £31 was taken out 4 days before my appointment when I was told that definitely wouldn’t happen. I explained to janna I wasn’t expecting the full £31 to be taken and she explained it was a “small deposit” janna then told me it was business and nothing personal and then told there was nothing she could do to help me And I would of had to pay on the day anyway.. which would of been fine because I was prepared to pay on the day not 4 days before my appointment when I was again promised that would not happen and never has before.. I told janna how upset I was over this and she asked me if I was “okay in the head” and “not to have treatments I can’t afford” even tho I was clearly lied too. So I again expressed how hurt I was to janna and I was told to “f*** off” and she will now “send me my f****** money back when she receives it”.. I then wrote a bad review due to my experience with her and she threatened to come to my house where I have 2 small Children and that I was a “spiteful b*tch” for leaving her a bad review.. and I have every single message to prove this.. I’m very shocked and extremely disappointed with the way janna handled this situation, Especially with her being the “professional” . Then her lying about the messages being edited/fake made it 10x worse🥴🤦🏼♀️ stear clear❌ she also vapes in your face while applying lash extensions very unhygienic.. head over to rose Elliott on Facebook all the receipts and proof are all there as Janna keeps getting everything taken down and trying to hide what really happened!I wonder why..🤔
