I came across beautybase online it was through a ‘tiktok’er called Tamara, while Tamara had given Janna 5 stars and said how professional she was I seemed to have a different experience with her. I booked in to have 6 b12 injections and to be honest Janna was rude and cold shouldered me from the minute I knocked on her door I didn’t see her take the needles out as they were already prepared when I got there. She didn’t prep the outer side of my leg before injecting me and after having all 6 I don’t believe they did anything and feel Iv been left out of pocket and with the hospitality I received like having her partner coming in and out the room im upset to say the least. A one star review from me and I think some of these 5 stars must be fake, this place is definitely not what it’s made out to be.
Always made me feel welcome! Explains what she’s doing as she’s doing whatever treatment I’ve booked for. Can always have a laugh but is professional when it’s needed, which I think is the best!!!

In all honesty, someone I trust with all my heart to make me impressively beautiful every single time I visit and is sure proven when you experience this yourself!I feel welcomed even on cold dark days with warmth, laughter and Janna definitely brings back the glow to your life! Ive been going to Janna for several years. I regularly have my nails done and last year ventured into botox & filler. I was apprehensive and wanted to ensure I looked natural. Janna did an amazing job and I have been really happy with my results. I even had my lips done, plenty of numbing cream was used and Janna made sure I was comfortable throughout, again really happy with my results. My friends have also started visiting Janna for eyebrow tattooing and nails. Down to earth and friendly.
