I tried to update my shipping address right after starting my subscription. Unfortunately, the website was malfunctioning and wouldn’t let me change my address. After several attempts, I finally managed to update it later that morning. Given the urgency of the situation, I reached out to customer support immediately to explain what had happened and to ensure my box would be sent to the correct address. However, I received no response at all—no acknowledgment, no confirmation, and no assistance whatsoever. This level of service is unacceptable for a paid subscription. Address-related issues are basic and common, and ignoring customers after payment is taken reflects a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. A service that charges customers monthly should not have a faulty website and an unresponsive support team.
