My experience with the customer service has been incredibly disappointing, and I strongly recommend others reconsider before subscribing. I tried to update my shipping address right after starting my subscription. Unfortunately, the website was malfunctioning and wouldn’t let me change my address. After several attempts, I finally managed to update it later that morning. Given the urgency of the situation, I reached out to customer support immediately to explain what had happened and to ensure my box would be sent to the correct address. However, I received no response at all—no acknowledgment, no confirmation, and no assistance whatsoever. This level of service is unacceptable for a paid subscription. Address-related issues are basic and common, and ignoring customers after payment is taken reflects a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. A service that charges customers monthly should not have a faulty website and an unresponsive support team.
They send constant barrage of emails and codes when you unsubscribe, (which I do: to save money and decide if I want the future boxes or not) offering discounted boxes and gifts, but when you buy them they say your information has been compromised, but they really just want to go back on what they offer you and charge *3x* as much as well as bar one from using cash back sites. Misleading advertising. Like yeah of course, don't tell the buyers what great deals we can get when we re subscribe if you don't want to send it at that price.
Company won’t answer phones and the. Has a 48 hour SLA on emails so when we called a day before to cancel and then emailed on the first to cancel they said we still have to pay. What a horrible experience and we will be letting our friends know who also considered the service.
The worst customer experience youll ever see. If you email or call you are asked at least 4 questions, they are only missing your blood type. If you have a problem there is no manager, supervisor or boss. If you send an email youll just go in circles and get dizzy from going no where. Impossible to get useful answers to your questions.
Cute box of stuff but very irritated that the sample box was sent the EXACT same day as the full priced box. Misleading and too expensive. I don't trust them and now I'm out $35 for stuff I wouldn't have purchased in a store. I tried the initial box to see if it was worth it to get the $25 box. I've canceled the subscription
I have been a customer for approximately six months now and I have to say this is one of the best beauty boxes that I have subscribed to. The products you receive are high end items I normally wouldn't be able to afford just to try. You receive some full size items which is wonderful. I have been able to explore new beauty products at a reasonable price. Also, their customer service is great.
