The only CON of this website is they don't have a minimum spent to get FOC shipping. Their average products' prices are cheaper or similar than other website but bear in mind you will have to pay for shipping fees depending on the weight. In term of customer services, they are very quick to respond & solving your problem by providing you either credit or choose another product. There's no hassle of back and forth emails and avoid delaying your shipping process. My shipping is fast enough, a typical 2 weeks-ish to reach Australia. In conclusion, they gave me a good impression for my first buy and no doubt I will continue to show my support!
