I ordered over $300 worth of products from them. I opened a case on the payment service because it doesn't mention anywhere when and how the items would be shipped. I let them know it's rude to leave customers on limbo, I had been waiting 8 days and the order was still "collecting". Once I had opened a case they were quick to respond, and said "we'll ship your order tomorrow IF YOU CLOSE YOUR CASE." Those familiar with the payment service should know that closed cases can not be reopened. So I escalated the claim and said they have no right to threaten me with a package to close the case. As soon as I escalated the claim, they provided a tracking number! But one simple google search told me it was a non-existent tracking number.They are scammers. Buyers be aware.
