I love most of their products, but did have one brand new serum that I opened up today and it was stale, smelly, too thick and unusable. (had to throw it out) Tried to call customer service today and was told since it was past 60 days I couldn't return it. I understand their products are natural, but I think they should warn you that they may break down and have a short shelf life. I thought they would have at least allowed me to return and get a replacement at their cost as a good will gesture to try and keep a customer. Very disappointed in their customer service.
