Products are okay, but overpriced. I would continue to purchase from them; however, they cancelled my membership due to incorrectly suspected fraud. Their fraud department (despite saying I could respond back with questions) hasn't responded my multiple follow ups, which is unprofessional and just bad service. I had to create 2+ separate support tickets with the regular Support Team, who brushed me off saying I could still continue to purchase from their company without the free shipping membership. This is so incredibly rude, when there has been no fraud to start with. They also won't do any price adjustments for items that go on sale, even if they were purchased a day or two before.
