I placed an order on December 18, which was shipped quickly. However, I have not received it. I contacted the delivery service, and they confirmed my parcel was lost. I reached out to the seller and provided the email from the delivery service confirming the loss. The seller asked me to sign a document that misleadingly stated delivery was attempted. I clarified that the package was never delivered. The seller promised to investigate and get back to me, but that was on January 1. My follow-up emails have been ignored. I would never use this service again; they are completely unprofessional and do not take responsibility for issues.
