I am very disappointed as I have still not received my item. It was 48hr delivery which I ordered on 10/12/25, so 11 days ago. When I emailed numerous times the reply is ‘the item is with the courier’. I have ask for another item to be sent only to get a reply ‘nothing can be done as the item is with the courier’. I am very disappointed as this is a Christmas present, which I am not sure we will arrive on time, even though I ordered with plenty of time till Christmas.
