I placed an order on December 18, which was shipped quickly. However, I have not received it. The delivery service informed me that my parcel was lost. I reached out to the seller and shared the confirmation email. They requested I sign a document, but the wording suggested delivery was attempted, which was not true. I sought clarification and made it clear that the package was never delivered. The seller assured me they would look into it and follow up, but that was on January 1. Since then, my emails have gone unanswered. I would not recommend this service; they are unprofessional and lack accountability when problems arise. It is the seller's responsibility to ensure delivery, and they have not taken responsibility.
