I'm disappointed with my experience with this company.
I purchased from their website (Order# BFM922478371265450682), which clearly advertises free returns. After receiving the product, I contacted customer support to initiate a return. Initially, communication was prompt they reviewed the pictures I sent, confirmed the item was eligible for return, and provided a return address.
Before becoming unresponsive, they instructed me to initiate the return through their website. However, when I attempted to do so, the order did not appear in my order history, making it impossible to complete the return through their system.
When I followed up to explain this issue and requested a prepaid return shipping label (as promised under their "free returns" policy), communication completely stopped.
Since then, I have:
• Sent multiple follow-up emails/messages
• Received no response whatsoever
• Been left unable to proceed with the return without paying out of pocket
This situation is extremely frustrating and feels misleading. Not only is the "free returns" policy not being honored, but their own system prevents me from initiating the return as instructed.
I would strongly caution others before purchasing. I hope the company addresses these issues and improves both its customer service and return process.
