It took over 30 days to get my order. I have been purchasing wigs from other vendors for over 10 years. I thought I had read the reviews carefully but this was the worst service as I ordered and paid for two wigs and received only one.. No one has reached out to resolve or explain the next step on getting my wig or refunded me for the missing wig.. I had honestly hoped that I would love this company and their wigs as I love a colored collection.. Unfortunately, this will not be the case. Once my missing wig is resolved I will block this company. I’m so disappointed.
I bought a wig from Beauty Forever that doesn't match what I ordered and I keep sending an email so thati can return it. No one has responded to my email. I’m not pleased at all with this purchase and no one is reaching out. My next move will be BBB.

Initially, I felt let down, but the customer service team worked hard to address my concerns, and in the end, they delivered. The hair is stunning and absolutely worth the wait. I was amazed by the delivery! I placed my order on Friday, and it arrived on MONDAY!!! Just in time for Christmas, so I’ll look fabulous on CHRISTMAS DAY, yay! The wig is exactly as described: 14 inches, 7x5 knotless HD, pre-cut, and pre-plucked. I adore the soft curls and there’s no unpleasant smell. It also mentions hair disinfectant, but it can still be washed. I emailed about my order and got a quick response. I will definitely order again and highly recommend this service. I love this hair!
