Truly awful experience sent the wrong item. Weeks to get a response. Changed the order description to what they sent lucky I had taken a picture of the original order. They finally agreed to it was incorrect sent a returns labelled tracked, then said they hadn’t received and tracking said it had been received. Possibly the worst shopping experience ever please avoid I weeks awaiting a refund or any support Ordered the 18/2/2025 contacted them 28/2/2025 once I’ve received the incorrect item and still not resolved Additionally I’ve now been contacted by the beauty shop to remove the review, which I will not do due to the experience not changing
