Very happy first experience using BTS for purchase of a heavily discounted Acqua di Parma item. Well packaged item arrived just a few days after order, received via our excellent Royal Mail delivery team. I’ll look to buy from BTS again and hope future experience is as good as the first one.
Bought Houbigant oud or. Bottle turned up but was empty. It’s very difficult to contact them using the online form. Tried 3 times to contact them attaching images before realising that you have to wait for them to reply before attaching. I kept all the packaging and sent photos and videos which they made me send several times. Sent an email as requested on the 19th and will wait a few more days before escalating with PayPal. They claim they don’t drop ship but the bottle was clearly decanted and sold to me. Only bought from them because John Lewis and bloom in Covent Garden had none in stock. Feels like a scam. Will absolutely never buy from these crooks again.

I bought it on this website because it was hard to find what I was looking for in 100ml and didn’t want to wait to travel abroad to buy it.BUT, they say that if you register you get 10% off, I never received it as a discount code or automatically applied to the cart, I said ok.Initially when I found the website the price was in euro when I registered and paid it changed to my currency and I just thought that the exchange rate was high but they actually charge extra money when you are buying from outside because checking the exchange rate we are far from what it was in € without counting that there are extra money from custom to pay when the purchase arrive obviously calculated on the price that you paid on your currency (higher price).I had to pay the delivery even if I spent a lot of money. The delivery was extremely slow, they sent it as regular mail instead of package probably to spend less but this created delays in the delivery because then in my country they had to process it as a package and do extra work and extra money on custom.I honestly feel a little scammed mostly because I didn’t pay the money that they where declaring on the website in € but a price that they invented, me paying in my currency put In their pocket extra €.The shop is Spanish, if you are a customer from another country please avoid this website because you’ll end up paying a ton of extra money and a part of it are going to them for no reason. To Beauty the shop, before dealing with international market you have to take care of your internal problems and fix the online shop.
