AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I returned my item on November 19th. It wasn't picked up until November 21st and then stayed at the hub waiting to be sent to the warehouse. When I contacted customer service on November 30th, they informed me I would have to wait until December 29th for a refund of £13.19. I don’t understand this amount, as I paid £67.99 for the item.
