Regrettably, I'm in the same situation as many others who have left a one-star review, wishing I could give none. This service targets parents with a product that is completely ineffective and unusable. As mentioned by others, the wrap is so tight that I couldn't even get it over my shoulders (I wear a petite size 8!), making it impossible to consider using it for my baby. The social media ads are a complete deception, and I regret not checking reviews beforehand. I feel foolish. I hope other new parents see this and refrain from giving these scammers more money. I've been trying to get my money back (unsuccessfully, of course), but I will keep fighting.
