Like many other mothers who have left a 1-star review, I wish I could rate this lower. This company appeals to mothers with a product that simply fails to deliver and is utterly unusable. As others have pointed out, the wrap is so constricting that I couldn't even manage to get it over my shoulders (I am a petite size 8!), making it impossible to consider using it with my baby. The social media advertisements are misleading, and I regret not checking reviews beforehand. I feel foolish for my purchase. I sincerely hope that other new mothers read this and avoid giving these scammers any more money. I've been trying to secure a refund, but naturally, that has been unsuccessful. The battle continues.

I echo what others have said—I ordered this in a post-partum haze without checking reviews first. What I received was nothing like the product shown in the videos. It was just a looped piece of fleece with no stretch, making it unusable for baby wearing. When I requested a return, they informed me that I would have to pay $20 for return shipping and even suggested a 20% discount instead. I've initiated a chargeback with my bank, which seems to be working. I recommend others in the same situation do the same.

What a waste of money. I wish I had seen the reviews first. The sling is so tight that I can barely fit it on my petite size Small frame—it feels like it crushes my baby (who is only 8 weeks old). The material is cheap and poorly stitched. My baby started slipping down immediately, despite wearing it correctly. It slips off my shoulder and is completely useless. Returning it would cost $20, even though it's shipping from China. I received a partial 20% refund, but that was only on the product price, not the total including shipping.
This is a scam with many red flags. DO NOT purchase anything from this seller. The carrier I bought won't even fit me! It lacks stretch and sturdiness. If anyone else has experienced this issue, please request a refund through your payment service.
