When I tried to register a return through the return portal of boa it said that I was outside of the return period even though I was sure I was not. I wrote to the support service of boa and Lucy informed me that the return policy had been changed to 14 instead of 30 days, and that of course I could still register my return because I ordered the clothes when it was still 30 days. She didn't only give me this information but also already sent me the return label to make it as easy as it could be for me. Thank you so much Lucy for your really fast reply and help with my problem!
