Great experience with BOA probably one of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered for an online shop. They have sent me a wrong item and I’ve reached out to let them know via email. I’ve received a reply right away from Lucy G who was extremely helpful and sent me the correct order but to another country where I’m temporarily traveling to and accommodated all my needs. Lucy was very polite and attentive, I will order again from this website knowing I’m in good hands !

I ordered a dress for an event which arrived damaged (broken zip). I paid for a replacement with next-day delivery to a London address a week before my event — the replacement never arrived.
Because of Alice confirmed I would be refunded, but then declined the refund via Klarna and still took £400 for an item that never arrived. I was left without a dress for my event and am now being completely ignored despite multiple emails and kept my £400

Disappointing experience with the service. This is my second order, and I needed both medium and large sizes, but I returned them since I was unsure about the fit. I even paid for the return. When I attempted to order a camisole today, my order was canceled because they claimed I returned too many items! Just two tops! How rude! I completely agree with the other reviews. It's a dreadful service. I've never been denied the chance to shop elsewhere. They don't even cover return shipping. I will be uninstalling their app, and be cautious, ladies—if you don’t like your items, you risk being banned!
My experience with this brand was extremely frustrating. I placed my order on November 16 and received it on November 24. I returned the items the next day to an approved drop-off location, but the return has been at the warehouse since December 2, and they haven't collected it. They owe me a refund of €225, and I also paid an extra €20 for insured return shipping. Additionally, the quality was poor; the bodysuit I kept fell apart after the first wear. This is the worst customer service I've ever faced, and I'm now forced to initiate a chargeback due to their lack of cooperation. I strongly advise against purchasing from this brand.
