I had an issue with my delivered parcel not being recieved which was really worrying me. I had tried to contact Evri multiple times throughout the course of a week with no success and no replies. I was unable to speak to an advisor over the phone and just got a chatbot instead.Fortunately, I contacted Lucy from Because of Alice who kindly sorted the issue within a couple of days. She was incredibly quick at responding to my emails and so professional and kind throughout this distressing process. She kindly got a further order sent out the same day and sorted the delivery fee too. Thank goodness she was able to help! I cannot thank her enough and was incredibly pleased with her help in the process and for actually sorting the problem and consistently working hard to get it solved. It’s so lovely to speak to a real person throughout too! I cannot wait to receive my BOA dress, thank you Lucy!
