I purchased a Samsung s23 ultra from the Amazon site and within the week the screen went black so I requested a return. They received the mobile on 2nd January 2026 and now its emails back and forth and no input on refund or repair as per company policy.
We will never purchase from them again and do not recommend anyone else either
