I am incredibly happy with my purchase! The service provided by BecexTech was excellent, and the phone arrived exactly when promised. The real highlight, however, is the incredible value. My wife was initially very skeptical about ordering from here due to the low prices, but the results speak for themselves.

Purchased a phone advertised as Renewed – Excellent. Battery health on arrival was 79%, with an Apple system warning confirming significant degradation. Seller refused reasonable partial refund for battery replacement and offered return only. Would not recommend based on quality and after-sales support.
I needed to downgrade my mobile as to be compatible with my DJI Osmo and thought I'd try a refurbished phone, rather than new. I ordered a mobile rated as Pristine, when received it had a chip on the screen. I emailed address from site, asking if they had any other of the same phone, in any condition rating, but without screen damage. A few days later I received a reply asking for photos of damaged screen. Although not getting a reply to my question I sent back pictures and asked again. A few days later I received an email explaining the conditiin rating was correct and any damage to the screen did not hinder it's functionality, and no answer to my question. I replied saying their customer service sucked and why couldn't someone just answer my question and asked for a refund. I got a reply saying my request has been passed on to another team for approval. That was a week ago, and although their site has a pic of a telephone and a woman with a headset on on the contact page they only provide an email and PO Box address. I just wanted a mobile without screen damage...........
I purchased a Samsung s23 ultra from the Amazon site and within the week the screen went black so I requested a return. They received the mobile on 2nd January 2026 and now its emails back and forth and no input on refund or repair as per company policy.
We will never purchase from them again and do not recommend anyone else either

The customer support team keeps informing me that the phone has been delayed with their courier for over four weeks, yet I have received nothing but excuses and no real solutions. There has been no clear tracking update or evidence that the phone is actually en route. I strongly advise against using this service. You risk losing your hard-earned money and being left without the product you ordered. This has been a significant error on my part. I attempted to save about $100 compared to another retailer, and it was absolutely not worth it. I should have chosen a reputable seller with physical locations. Learn from my experience and steer clear of this service.

I got this phone as a graduation gift for my daughter, who hasn't used it yet. The screen and body are in excellent shape, though there's a slight discoloration on the silver rim by the camera lens. I quickly set it up to test the touchscreen and camera, both of which worked perfectly before I reset it for gifting.
I didn't give 5 stars because I didn't receive an email confirmation after my order, and I had to ask for an invoice, being told to wait until it arrived. However, once I got the phone and requested the invoice again, it was sent to me quickly. Overall, the communication was efficient and straightforward.
