I needed to downgrade my mobile as to be compatible with my DJI Osmo and thought I'd try a refurbished phone, rather than new. I ordered a mobile rated as Pristine, when received it had a chip on the screen. I emailed address from site, asking if they had any other of the same phone, in any condition rating, but without screen damage. A few days later I received a reply asking for photos of damaged screen. Although not getting a reply to my question I sent back pictures and asked again. A few days later I received an email explaining the conditiin rating was correct and any damage to the screen did not hinder it's functionality, and no answer to my question. I replied saying their customer service sucked and why couldn't someone just answer my question and asked for a refund. I got a reply saying my request has been passed on to another team for approval. That was a week ago, and although their site has a pic of a telephone and a woman with a headset on on the contact page they only provide an email and PO Box address. I just wanted a mobile without screen damage...........
