I live in Northern Ireland and purchased a gaming voucher for my nephew in Dublin last Friday. It’s now Wednesday, and I still haven’t received the voucher. I had to buy one from another store instead. When I contacted customer service for a refund, I was told that I used the wrong site since I’m from the UK, so they can’t refund my bank. They are refusing to return my money to my card. It feels illegal to take money without providing a service or issuing refunds, and it seems like a scam. Customer service is terrible; this has caused significant distress leading up to Christmas, and I’ve lost €60, which is a lot for me.
