I placed an order for the tree of life on November 21st, with delivery expected between November 25th and December 6th. The last update I received was that it arrived at the warehouse in Dublin on December 3rd. Since then, I've heard nothing and my email inquiry has gone unanswered. This experience does not build my trust in this company.
