Unreliable service. I required an item for a birthday gift, as the delivery time was stated to be 9-15 days, but it ended up arriving 5 weeks later. I initially received a message offering a partial refund upon arrival. However, when I reached out to inform them about missing parts and the poor quality, I received no response. After replying to an automated request for a review and giving 1 star, my review mysteriously vanished from their feedback. I recommend avoiding this business and consider spending a bit more elsewhere.

However, upon receiving the item, I was let down by its quality. It turned out to be a picture, slightly out of focus in areas, glued onto glass with textured squiggly lines attempting to mimic metalwork, rather than a genuine stained glass piece. The colors were not as shown on the website, and light did not pass through as expected. I reached out for a refund, and the following day, they offered me £3 without requiring a return, which I declined. The next day, they raised it to £8, then £13, and when I insisted on a full refund, they suggested I pick an alternative from their site. Ultimately, their best offer was £20, which I chose to accept. It's worth noting that this is not a UK company but operates from China. Don't expect a full refund if the product doesn't meet your expectations. On a positive note, they were prompt in responding to my emails.
I placed an order on 28th November, and it has not been delivered in time for Christmas. The tracking information indicates that it is in the country with the courier, but they claim to be unable to deliver. There is always someone at home, and no delivery attempts have been made. I am extremely disappointed and request a full refund if the items do not arrive.
