Great institution overall, conservative use of money and good reserves. However, they seem to have no ability to maintain the messenger function on their app. It is not working about 80% of the time in my experience. This makes it very difficult to communicate with them on the road, without my PC, and without having to call. I have repeatedly informed them of this, despite running the latest version of the app, etc., and it never gets a fix that lasts.
