Disappointed with the customer service. I inquired about a price match for a duvet that was much cheaper elsewhere. They agreed, but only partially refunded me. When I questioned it, they refused to refund the rest. If I had known, I would have returned everything for a full refund. Poor treatment of a returning customer, and I won't be back.
