Ordering online was easy and straightforward. I was kept updated as to where my delivery was and when it was to be delivered and by whom. The package was wrapped well. The quality of the bedding is of good quality and looks like the photograph online. The colours are as described very pleased.
I was not satisfied with the support I received. I inquired about a price match for a duvet that was significantly cheaper elsewhere. They initially agreed but only refunded part of the amount. When I followed up, they declined to refund the remaining balance. It felt misleading; had I known they would handle it this way, I would have returned everything for a full refund and purchased from the other retailer. This is not how to treat a returning customer, and I won't be coming back.
