I was not satisfied with the support I received. I inquired about a price match for a duvet that was significantly cheaper elsewhere. They initially agreed but only refunded part of the amount. When I followed up, they declined to refund the remaining balance. It felt misleading; had I known they would handle it this way, I would have returned everything for a full refund and purchased from the other retailer. This is not how to treat a returning customer, and I won't be coming back.
