Ordered a new 4 piece divan base, zip link mattress and headboard from Wirral store, as have loft conversion and 2 piece base/ King size mattress don't get up stairs. Base arrived with 1 damaged drawer, but customer service was excellent, and new drawer delivered within a few days. Delivery staff were very cheerful.
