I visited the Aintree store to look for a new mattress for my bed. I’d heard the Aintree store had amazing choice and a big range of Sleepeezee mattresses to try so figured it was worth travelling a bit further. I was greeted by Nina who is possibly one of the friendliest, most helpful people I’ve ever met. She was absolutely amazing, completely informative without being pushy and really listened to what I was looking for before showing me 4 options. I looked at everything in the store but kept coming back to her choices. She even gave me different pillows and mattress toppers to try which made such a difference to the feel of the mattresses I was looking at. I ended up trying all the mattresses again with the same pillow and same topper each time which was so worth doing because it helped me to make a more accurate comparison. Nothing was too much trouble and she was just an absolute gem. I can’t comment on delivery etc as my mattress hasn’t arrived yet (only purchased today!) but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Aintree Store and Nina to everyone. Even if you’re a bit further, it’s worth the drive! I had driven myself mad online reading mattress reviews and what not so I’m really glad I went in to actually try them because I came out with a totally different product to what I thought I was going to buy.
