Bought a car 2 months ago sold us the warranty we didn’t know we had to be pay for it on top of the car, they said 1 owner they had no log book when we put in for the log book it came back with 5 owners an we still have no service history. We’ve had the car 2 months and the clutch a flywheel are broke the warranty won’t pay out. A the garage is saying they won’t pay out it’s the way we’ve drove the car, the garage legally are bound to repair or take the car back but they are refusing. Luckily we’re going through the finance team a trading standards. We had been fobbed off allday with phone calls saying the manager was out, finally somone rang we was then told we were stupid a they weren’t paying out. Do not buy off this company we have seen many reviews like this. On top of this they had my car as part ex, an I’ve received a fine as they are driving round in Birmingham not paid the clean air zone charge an not changed the name in the car.
