This place is a clear scam.
I bought a car from the dealership, and it’s been nothing but problems. No records of supposed repairs, and clear lies from the offset.
Selling cars that are clearly defective, DO NOT USE!
STAY AWAY from this company! Absolutely horrendous service. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an engineer come and fix my washing machine. Which he did. The washing machine is now working. But I came home and opened my kitchen door which over laps the washing machine and it’s came off its hinges. The engineer has clearly either lent on the door and when putting the door back on, has broken it. They told me the photos show it being okay when he left. But what he’s done is wedge the bracket back on and close the door so it’s looks fine. But when I’ve gone to open it. It’s just came off its hinges. I’ve called the office 3 times and they are not willing to do anything. I’ve been quoted £50 to fix this. Yes it may be a lot of money but to pay out for something that was done by someone else. Has left me fuming! Please do not use this company. Rude, disrespectful on the phone and not helpful or willing to fix a problem their engineer caused.
Fantastic service from start to finish. Initially the car I wanted was enroute to us but developed a fault. Rather than sell us a faulty vehicle they rung and apologised then sourced us a better vehicle and had it delivered to us by midnight on the same day!!Phenomenal service, super polite and very responsive.Highly recommend them.
Great at selling you a car that's not fit for the road. Knowing that my now wife is heavily pregnant, they sold her a car that had a faulty Clutch, we had the car less then a week and they have had it since, constant story change around the time frame of ordering the part which never seems to arrive, we got the finance company involved as they were avoiding our calls and fobbing us off and even still they haven't repaired the car and now blame the manufacture for the delay in the part arriving. Maybe this is true but with more ducking and diving then a dodge ball team we have lost complete faith in them.Avoid buying from this Company unless you have the car checked out first by someone you trust!

When we decided to purchase the vehicle he kept us updated and was very thorough throughout the process.
