Extremely poor service, misleading information, and no resolutionI had a very disappointing and stressful experience with this bed company from start to finish.Before purchasing, I specifically asked customer service whether the headboard was straight or had wings, and I was clearly told it was straight. Despite this, a headboard with wings was delivered. The bed was also defective — the footboard was poorly finished with exposed staples that could be seen and felt.I raised an official complaint immediately and requested an exchange. From that point onward, communication became inconsistent, slow, and evasive. I was repeatedly told they were “checking with the relevant team,” but no clear confirmation or timelines were ever provided.An exchange was eventually scheduled for a Saturday between 7:00–10:00am. I stayed home waiting all morning. No one arrived and no one contacted me. I had to call customer service multiple times throughout the day:At 11:30am, I was told there was another delivery before mineAt 12:30pm, I was told the driver had returned to the warehouse but would come backAt 1:30pm, I was told the driver had my number and would call me before arriving — this never happenedAt 2:30pm, I was finally told the van had broken down and they would not be coming at allWhat made the situation even worse was what happened next. When I called again on Monday to follow up, I was told that they had apparently come on Saturday and that I was not at home, which is completely untrue. I was at home the entire day waiting, and I made several calls precisely because no one showed up or contacted me. Being told this after everything that happened felt dishonest and unacceptable.At that point, I lost all confidence in the company and requested a full refund and collection of the bed.It has now been over a week since then, and despite my patience and repeated follow-ups, the company has still not provided any solution. No collection, no refund, no clear communication — just delays, contradictions, and passive-aggressive responses.This experience has been time-consuming, stressful, and deeply frustrating. The product was not as described, the service was unreliable, and the lack of accountability is alarming. I would strongly advise others to think very carefully before dealing with this company.
